PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE: Affected areas: Eagle Drive, both sides of the road. On Monday, December 4th, water service on Eagle Drive will be interrupted from 11 P.M. until 6 A.M. Tuesday, December 5th. A precautionary Boil Water Notice will be put into effect for this area starting at 6 A.M. December 5th until further notice due to the temporary loss of pressure. You may experience discolored water approximately 24 hours after your water has been restored. As a precaution, we advise all water used for drinking or cooking be boiled and a rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used. Pending satisfactory lab results, the City expects to release the Boil Water Notice on December 7, 2017.

The City of Panama City Beach is approximately 16 square miles located along the Gulf of Mexico in Florida's Great Northwest. The City is populated by over 13,453 permanent residents and it is estimated that an average of 25,000 people visit the area each day.
The City government consists of four at-large council members and a mayor and it operates a police department of over 60 officers and a fire department with 22 professionals.
The City has experienced an 8% growth rate each year and is made up of a diverse population. Community life is supported by various education institutes, various recreational and social areas including parks, senior and youth centers, golf courses, and a fishing pier, a branch of the Bay County library, and numerous medical, vision, and dental offices.
The City is home of worship/gathering sites of many denominations and an abundance of financial institutions.
