PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE: Affected areas: All streets north of Panama City Beach Parkway and west of Highway 79.
Due to a water main break 11/22/17, the water supply was interrupted and once repaired, you may experience discolored water approximately 24 hours after your water has been restored. As a precaution, we advise all water used for drinking or cooking be boiled and a rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used. This notice will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. If you have any questions, please contact PCB Utilities at (850) 233-5100 from 8AM-4PM, Monday -Friday, or after hours & weekends at (850) 233-5050.

Conservation_Park

A favorite destination for locals and tourists, the Panama City Beach Conservation Park offers opportunities for a variety of outdoor recreation.  The City of Panama City Beach has established Conservation Park in cooperation with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the enjoyment of hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. Encompassing over 2900 acres.  Conservation Park has 24 miles of trails and over a mile of boardwalks that lead through Cypress domes.  The trails range anywhere from 0.6 miles up to 11 miles, with 12 different trails to choose from. Parking and public restrooms are located at the trail head building along with picnic tables and a covered pavilion available for rent. Hours of operation are dawn to dusk 7 days a week. Be sure to bring your binoculars and cameras for bird and wildlife watching. Dogs are permitted, but must be kept on leashes. No more than 2 dogs per person.   Guided Audubon bird walks, volunteer and recreational programs for park guests are offered seasonally.  Schedule educational field trips/special events by calling Parks and Recreation Department (850) 233 5045.

Directions:
From the intersection of Panama City beach Parkway (US 98) and State Road 79, travel west on Panama City Beach Parkway approx. 1.2 miles. Turn right on Griffin Blvd just past the La Quinta Inn. Proceed north to the end of Griffin Blvd, Park entrance is on left. Follow Conservation Drive to the parking lot.
